Cypress

Part of a boutique collection of only five select homes, Cypress brings a rare opportunity to one of Vancouver's most sought-after neighbourhoods: a distinctive style of home that borrows the architectural aesthetic of its streetscape and infuses it with modern design principles.

Buyers were asked to commit to a distinctive home before it existed. The visualization set had to do the showing: photoreal interiors warm enough to feel lived in, exteriors true to the drawings, and a VR360 tour that let buyers walk the space from anywhere.

Every material, fixture and light temperature was decided in the render first, so the marketing, the show suite and the finished building all tell one story.
